Early Life and Education
Pastor Bradley Liebe was born and raised in Waupaca, Wisconsin. He attended North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he began his journey of faith and leadership. It was during these formative years that he discovered his passion for helping people and building teams.
Beginning of Ministry Work
Brad began his career as the Student Ministries Director at First Assembly of God in Fort Myers, Florida. He served in this role for nearly nine years, from January 1992 to November 2000. During this time, he created and managed weekly student events, including designing curriculum and activities that encouraged personal and spiritual growth.
Brad also organized major events in the United States and internationally, with attendance ranging from 100 to over 10,000 people. These experiences allowed him to mentor teens and young adults, helping them reach their full potential in various aspects of life.
Expanding Ministry to Europe
In December 2000, Pastor Brad took a bold step in his ministry journey by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark. There, he served as the Executive Director of the Copenhagen International Masters Commission (CIMC). He created a two-year residential faith-based technical college for international students.
In its first full year, CIMC reached a maximum enrollment of 50 students. Pastor Brad successfully raised $2 million in funding to establish and operate this program. He developed the curriculum, managed daily operations, and secured ongoing financing to ensure the program’s sustainability. During his time in Europe, Pastor Brad became a motivational speaker, traveling across the continent to promote and build CIMC.
Leadership Growth in Fort Myers
In January 2003, Pastor Brad returned to the United States and became Assistant Senior Pastor at First Assembly of God in Fort Myers. Over five years, he helped the church grow significantly. Attendance more than doubled, and the church expanded from one central campus to five regional campuses. Pastor Brad managed a staff of over 100 employees, overseeing both direct and indirect reports.
He was involved in a major building project that added a 45,000-square-foot facility, which was completed on time and under budget. He also implemented a modern computer and telephone system that allowed the church to livestream services, aligning with its strategic goals. Pastor Brad regularly addressed audiences of over 2,000 people, using his motivational skills to inspire the congregation.
Leading Pathways Church
In January 2009, Pastor Brad became the Lead Pastor of Pathways Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, the church experienced remarkable growth. Attendance and financial contributions increased by 500%. He led a team of seven direct reports and worked with a staff of 20 people. Within his first year, he eliminated a $400,000 budget deficit and implemented financial strategies that resulted in a surplus.
Pastor Brad also worked closely with the board of directors to manage facility improvements, ensuring the church’s operations remained efficient and welcoming. His weekly motivational messages reached over 2,000 local attendees and even more through international audiences.
Transition to Financial Services
In 2013, Brad shifted his focus to financial services, becoming the President of KK&B Financial Services for Seniors. He has spent over a decade helping seniors achieve their financial goals and secure retirement. KK&B takes a personalized approach, offering independent financial advice tailored to each client’s needs. Brad’s leadership ensures seniors feel confident and supported as they plan for their future.
Professional Speaking and Coaching
Since 2008, Brad has also worked as a professional speaker and coach with Rick Olson Seminars. He delivers engaging and practical seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and navigating change. Role at Peoples Church
In January 2014, Pastor Bradley Liebe joined Peoples Church as Executive Pastor and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
